संस्कृतभाषाशिक्षणम् – Level 1 is a foundational course designed to introduce learners to the Sanskrit language in a natural and engaging way. The course follows direct methods of teaching, enabling learners to understand and use Sanskrit through listening, speaking, and interaction. Learners gradually build confidence in comprehension and expression through guided practice. This course forms a strong base for joyful and effective Sanskrit language learning.

About course
Level 1 introduces the foundational structure of Sanskrit grammar, covering the seven cases (Saptavibhaktis), a-stem masculine nouns, ā-stem and ī-stem feminine nouns, and a-stem neuter nouns. Learners are introduced to essential pronouns such as tat, etat, kim, asmad, yushmad, and bhavat. The level also includes an introduction to kṛdanta, past participles with relative usage, active past participles, and commonly used indeclinables (avyayas), helping students form basic sentences with grammatical accuracy.
